Now back in the swing of things at school and using Glow again. But I frequently get the webgate.dll error (Oracle Bad Request you might sometimes see!). It happens when you log in and for some inexplicable reason are not forwarded to the Glow portal but land in a no-man’s land in between – with a less than helpful set of messages on screen and no indication of what to do to fix the issue!
Do you clear your cookies? Close your browser? Shutdown and restart your computer?
The EASIEST thing to do is to edit the URL in your browser’s address bar. To get into Glow after receiving this error just edit the URL from
and change it to https://portal.glowscotland.org.uk
and up will appear your Glow Light page with no need to login again etc.
